🌷 Spring Clean-Up Day – April 25! 🌷
(Rain date: April 26)
Join your neighbors for a fun day of freshening up the community after winter! We’ll be tackling projects like trail clean-up, pruning, painting, and general debris pick-up. We will work from 9a-12p and a pitch-in lunch following. Meet in front of the main pool gate. There’s something for everyone.
Afterward, stick around for a casual pitch-in at the pool. No special skills needed, just bring your energy and expertise. Let’s make the neighborhood shine!
Projects:
- Clean neighborhood signage in preparation for painting
- Weed and plant pots at Brian’s corner and the rock area across the street
- Dig up and transplant small plants from the flower bed across from the pool
- Rake and clean the fire trail
- Pick up trash behind the condos
- Prune low-hanging limbs and bushes that obstruct walkways
- Clean the trash area, wash signage, and replace light bulbs
What to Bring:
- Gloves
- Rakes
- Hand pruners
- Any additional tools you may need
Bottled water will be provided.
PSA Dues Payment Emails-Clarification
Just to clarify, the PSA is not changing platforms to CINC. Payments will continue to be processed through AppFolio.
You may continue paying your PSA dues the same way you have been:
- If you have automatic withdrawal set up through your bank, it will continue unchanged.
- If you pay through AppFolio, you may continue using that platform.
